PACKET PICKUP RULES

• Bring your QR code that we email you the week of the race. This will help move the line faster.
• You may now pickup other people's packets besides your own but you must have the other person's registration QR code.
• It is your responsibility to check your bag before you leave to make sure your packet contains all necessary items.

PACKET PICKUP ITEMS

The following items should be in your bag when you leave packet pickup:

• 1x Run Bib Number (Always wear on the outermost layer of clothing)
• 1x Timing Tag stuck to the back of your Run Bib Number (DO NOT REMOVE).
• 1x Event 1/4-Zip Pullover (Half & 10k) or T-Shirt (Family Mile)

RACE PACKET SHIPPING - SHIPPED 1-2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT

WE ONLY SHIP PACKETS TO THOSE THAT HAVE CHOSEN AND PAID FOR THE ADD-ON OPTION IN THEIR REGISTRATION. If you purchased race packet shipping we will address and stuff a padded envelope and send it to you 1-2 weeks prior to the event. We do have tracking on these envelopes. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. During registration we ask you to confirm your shipping address. If you choose race packet shipping that shipping address provided is where the packet will be shipped to. If your address changes it is your responsibility to sign into your registration and change your shipping address so that the packet is shipped to the correct address. Lost packets that show as delivered via the tracking number and were correctly sent to the athlete provided shipping address, may be replaced at a cost of $30 to the participant and the athlete must pickup the new packet either at one of the in-person packet pickup days or race morning at the event. If the package shows that it is lost in transit and never made it to its destination it will be replaced at no additional charge to the participant.

RACE MORNING PACKET PICKUP

THERE IS NO RACE MORNING PACKET PICKUP UNLESS YOU PURCHASED THE OPTION BEFOREHAND.  If you purchased race morning packet pickup as an add-on to your registration, you will pickup your packet at the green space at Smart Financial Centre the morning of the event. We will have all packets pre stuffed and ready to be picked up starting at 5:00am.
