Standard pickup is simple. Optional shipping and Sunday pickup are available only when purchased in advance.
You must pick up your packet at Talyard Brewing Co. unless you purchased Packet Shipping or Race Morning Packet Pickup during registration.

You may collect another participant’s packet with their registration QR code and/or name.
If collecting packets for more than four people total, contact us before pickup.

Check your bag before leaving Talyard to confirm that every required item is included and correct. Each participant is responsible for verifying packet contents.
Available only when purchased during registration. Packets mail in a padded envelope with tracking approximately one to two weeks before the event.
Keep your shipping address current. Packets lost in transit are replaced at no cost. A packet marked delivered but not received may be replaced for $50 and must be collected on a designated pickup day or race morning.

Available only to participants who purchased the add-on in advance. Pickup is at the Packet Pickup Tent at Smart Financial Centre.
Collect your packet at least 30 minutes before your scheduled race start.
Please plan ahead. Standard race-morning packet pickup is not available. Only participants who purchased the Race Morning Packet Pickup add-on in advance may collect a packet Sunday morning.

Your packet contains the two items you need before race morning: the official fifth-anniversary event shirt and your assigned race bib with its timing tag attached to the back.
Pick it up with your packet.
Every registered participant receives the fifth-anniversary event shirt at packet pickup.
Your finisher medal is not included in the packet. It is awarded only after you cross the finish line on race day.
