Your volunteer guide.
Get started

Arrive by 4:30 AM.
Your shift starts at 4:45 AM. Use general parking and arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Find the volunteer tent.
Check in with Selena at the tent along the edge of the building. She will provide your shirt.

Receive your assignment.
Selena will explain whether you are helping with packet pickup, merchandise or another nearby support task.
What you’ll do
Packet pickup
Help hand out race packets exactly as Selena directs. Ask before making changes or handling a registration exception.
Merchandise
Help display, organize or sell merchandise as assigned. Follow the onsite process for payments and inventory.
Direct arrivals
Help participants find the correct pickup or merchandise area when Selena assigns you to line support.
Get help.
Selena is your first point of contact. Ask her about missing registrations, merchandise questions, payments, supplies or any situation you are unsure how to handle.
Wrap up & check out
Do not leave until Selena releases you. Return materials to the location she designates, tidy your work area and check out before departing.
