Arrive by 6:45 AM.
Your listed shift starts at 7:00 AM. Park in general parking before the race begins to avoid traffic delays.

Check in with Selena.
Find Selena under the white tent by the building. She will check you in and provide your volunteer shirt.

Report to JR.
After check-in, report to JR Daisley. JR will decide whether you work with him, Kim Jobin, or Melissa Dorado and will explain your assignment.
What you’ll do
Follow JR’s assignment
Stay with the task JR gives you. Check with JR before changing areas, switching duties or leaving your post.
Food and drink
If JR assigns you to Kim Jobin, follow Kim’s directions for food-and-drink support and report supply needs to her.
Results and awards
If JR assigns you to Melissa Dorado, follow Melissa’s directions for results-and-awards support.
Get help.
Check in with Selena first, then report to JR for your assignment. During your shift, ask JR, Kim, or Melissa about the area where you are working. Contact Bryan for medical help or Graham for race-direction questions.
Wrap up & check out
Do not leave until JR releases you. Return any equipment or supplies as directed, tidy your assigned area and check out before departing.
