Use the venue parking area. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your assigned shift and find Selena for check-in, your shirt and instructions.

Your volunteer guide.
Get started
- Arrive for your assigned shift.
Use the date and time shown beside your name in the roster. Arrive at least 15 minutes early.
- Check in with Selena.
Selena will check you in, provide your volunteer shirt and explain your assignment. Call (409) 392-3762 if you need help finding her.
- Learn your station.
You may be assigned to packet pickup, merchandise or another nearby support task. Follow Selena’s instructions before beginning.
What you’ll do
Packet pickup
Help hand out race packets exactly as Selena directs. Ask before making changes or handling a registration exception.
Merchandise
Help display, organize or sell merchandise as assigned. Follow the onsite process for payments and inventory.
Keep the area ready
Keep materials organized, help maintain an orderly line and tell Selena before supplies run low.
Get help.
Selena is your first point of contact. Ask her about missing registrations, merchandise questions, payments, supplies or any situation you are unsure how to handle.
Wrap up & check out
Do not leave until Selena releases you. Return materials to the location she designates, tidy your work area and check out before departing.
